You may be eligible to receive money from an employee class action lawsuit (“Action”) against Agricare, Inc. (hereafter referred to as “Defendant”) for alleged wage and hour violations. The Action was filed by a former employee of Defendant, Ramon Mendoza (“Plaintiff”) and seeks payment of back wages, penalties, and other relief for a class of hourly, non-exempt employees (“Class Members”) who worked for Defendant during the Class Period (February 10, 2019 to the date of preliminary approval and (2) penalties under the California Private Attorney General Act (“PAGA”) for all hourly, non-exempt employees who worked for Defendant during the PAGA Period (December 2, 2021 to the date of preliminary approval) (“Aggrieved Employees”).
