You may be eligible to receive money from an employee class action lawsuit (“Action”) against Defendant Bedon Construction, Inc. (“Defendant”) for alleged wage and hour violations. The Action was filed by Plaintiff David Bangley (“Plaintiff”), a former employee of Defendant. The Action seeks payment of:
- Unpaid wages for a class of current and former hourly-paid or non-exempt employees who were employed by Defendant within the State of California at any time during the period from October 6, 2016, through August 30, 2023 (“Class,” “Class Members,” “Class Period”); and
- Penalties under the Private Attorneys General Act of 2004 (“PAGA”) for all current and former hourly-paid or non-exempt employees who were employed by Defendant within the State of California at any time during the period from October 6, 2019, through August 30, 2023 (“Aggrieved Employees” and “PAGA Period”).

Final Approval Hearing: October 3, 2024 at 8:30 a.m., in Dept. 17 of the Kern County Superior Court located at 1415 Truxtun Avenue Bakersfield, California 93301.
