You may be eligible to receive money from an employee class action lawsuit (“Action”) against DLP Management Co., Inc. and Dario L. Pini (“Defendants”) for alleged violations of California’s labor laws. The Action was filed by Defendants’ employees Jose Frausto Villegas and Jose Manuel Barragan (“Plaintiffs”) and seek payment of wages and other relief for a class of 82 non-exempt, hourly employees (“Class Members”) Defendants employed during the Class Period (November 12, 2017, to the date of preliminary Court approval of the Settlement).

At the Final Approval Hearing, the Court will decide whether to finally approve the Settlement and how much of the Settlement will be paid to Plaintiffs and Plaintiffs’ attorneys (“Class Counsel”). The Court will also decide whether to enter a judgment that requires Defendants to make payments under the Settlement and requires Class Members to give up their rights to assert certain claims against Defendants.

Final Approval Hearing: February 26, 2025 @ 10:00 a.m., in Dept. 3 of the Santa Barbara Superior Court, Anacapa Division located at 1100 Anacapa Street, Santa Barbara, CA 93101.
