All individuals who have worked, or who continue to work, for Defendant Hydraulic Controls, Inc. (“Defendant”) in California as a non-exempt employee and who received a safety and/or ESOP incentive bonus, and/or other alleged non-discretionary bonus, and/or who did not receive compensation from bonuses in their regular rate of pay during the period of June 21, 2022 through August 3, 2024.

Final Approval Hearing: May 2, 2025, at 8:30 a.m., in Dept. 22, of the Stanislaus County Superior Court of California.
