You may be eligible to receive money from an employee class action lawsuit (“Action”) against Victor Mendes DBA Mendes Calf Ranch Vida Boa Dairy’s (“Defendant” or “Mendes Calf Ranch”) for alleged wage and hour violations. The Action was filed by a Mendes Calf Ranch employee Norberto Serrano Maleno (“Plaintiff”) and seeks payment of (1) back wages and other relief for a class of non-exempt employees (“Class Members”) who worked for Defendant Mendes Calf Ranch during the Class Period (March 7, 2019, through August 5, 2024). (“the Class Period”); and (2) penalties under the California Private Attorney General Act (“PAGA”) for Plaintiff and all other non-exempt employees who worked for Defendant in the state of California during March 17, 2022, through August 5, 2024 (“the PAGA Period”). (“Aggrieved Employees”).
