You may be eligible to receive money from an employee class action lawsuit (“Action”) against Tifco Industries, Inc. (“Defendant”) for alleged wage and hour violations. The Action was filed by a former Defendant employee Susan Alcala (“Plaintiff”) and seeks payment of (1) back wages and other relief for a class of inventory maintenance specialists (“Class Members”) who worked for Defendant during the Class Period (May 30, 2019 to August 11, 2024); and (2) penalties under the California Private Attorney General Act (“PAGA”) for all inventory maintenance specialists who worked for Defendant during the PAGA Period (May 30, 2022 to August 11, 2024) (“Aggrieved Employees”).

Final Approval Hearing: June 20, 2025, at 9:00 a.m., in Dept. 22, at the Gordon D. Schaber Superior Court.
